Verdicts are often imposed on the “burst tire” every overturned car accident on the highway, which are sometimes fatal to all. Tire burst was very often used as “justification” for the tragedy an accident, in the sense that the driver felt it was not his fault and rupture condition of the tires is a condition that can not anymore left unharmed.
